Clients can pay by credit, debit, or HSA cards. Superbills can be provided upon request.

No Surprises Act - Effective January 1, 2022

As a client of Divergence Counseling, LLC, you will be utilizing a private pay/out of network service.  This will likely be at a higher rate than you would pay for an in-network provider.  As part of your intake paperwork, you will be asked to review our No Surprises Act disclosure form, to acknowledge that you are choosing not to use an in-network provider, and that you understand you are agreeing to pay our higher rates out of pocket. 

 

Therapy is an investment in your health and wellness.  The choice to utilize an out of network provider is more expensive.  It is also more private, less controlled by outside parties, and possibly more highly specialized and experienced.  The choice is yours, and we welcome any questions or concerns with openness and transparency.
