If you're seeking answers to difficult questions, and you appreciate a warm and friendly but direct approach when handling challenges, we may be the place for you.

We take a person-centered and existential approach to counseling - aspiring to help clients find and create meaning, identity, and direction in their lives and relationships.

We also enjoy educating fellow helping professionals through community presentations and continuing education sessions. We have experience presenting to medical professionals, educators, and mental health providers in a variety of settings.  Topics include but are not limited to: team building, True Colors, Myers-Briggs, Strong Interest Inventory, and Enneagram assessments, niche development, client care, and LGBTQ+ affirming care and advocacy.

Specialties include Gifted and Talented (GT), Twice-Exceptional (2E), and other neurodivergent identities (ADHD, ASD, etc.), as well as creating an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ teens and adults.
